Within pranayama, our main aim is to generate proper restraint of the breath so that our biological functionality can operate with greater integrity and so that our mental activity can become more stable and appropriately focused.  We cultivate a bubble of space and time where we go beyond the senses. We breathe our consciousness past the mind, body, identification, image and reputation, into a place beyond the senses. I offer breathwork in a variety of settings to serve and reach YOU.

I have been attending Bogey’s classes for over a year and half now. Bogey can create a unique energy that is profound and fun at the same time. It is rare to meet such a trusting and dedicated human being. He shares his thoughts and feelings with confident acceptance and vulnerability, always showing respect, compassion and appreciation. The love, care, attention, perfect choice of words and music that Bogey gives to his students, collectively as a group and individually, it is something I wish everyone to experience. His classes are spiritually uplifting! Be ready to be called his teacher, because, as he often says, we are all learning and teaching. Thank you Bogey! I look forward to many more classes with you.
